ShowHouseFinder.co.za – Listing Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of property listings submitted to ShowHouseFinder.co.za (“Website”). By submitting a listing to the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Free Listing Service
2.1 The Website offers a free service to assist users (“Listing Owners”) in marketing their property listings.
2.2 All listings submitted are provided on a complimentary basis and no payment is required for inclusion on the Website.
3. Listing Duration
3.1 All listings on the Website are limited to a maximum duration of six (6) months from the date of submission.
3.2 After six (6) months, the listing may be automatically removed from the Website without notice.
3.3 Listing Owners are responsible for ensuring that any updates or renewals of their listings are submitted within the six (6) month period.
4. Accuracy of Information
4.1 Listing Owners must ensure that all information submitted is accurate and truthful to the best of their knowledge.
4.2 The Website is not responsible for verifying the accuracy or completeness of any listing information.
5. Use of Listings
5.1 ShowHouseFinder.co.za reserves the right to remove or modify any listing at its discretion, including listings that are misleading, inappropriate, or violate applicable laws.
5.2 Listings are intended solely for marketing purposes; the Website does not guarantee any sale, rental, or transaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 ShowHouseFinder.co.za provides the listing service “as is” and does not accept liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of the service.
6.2 Listing Owners acknowledge that the Website is a platform to facilitate exposure and that all inquiries or transactions related to the listing are solely between the Listing Owner and prospective clients.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Listing Owners retain ownership of all content submitted.
7.2 By submitting a listing, the Listing Owner grants ShowHouseFinder.co.za a non-exclusive license to display the content on the Website for the duration of the listing.
8. Termination
8.1 The Website may terminate or suspend any listing at any time, with or without notice, if the Terms are breached or at its discretion.
9. Amendments
9.1 ShowHouseFinder.co.za reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
9.2 Continued use of the listing service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
